We offer three separate suites, each with its own bedroom(s), bath and kitchen. Units may be rented separately or together. With a beautiful 30 ft beachfront Palapa, Osprey San Pedrito makes a perfect setting for large gatherings, weddings, parties, retreats and events. Additionally, we have La Casita, a separate beachfront unit with its own bed, kitchen and bathroom.

Palapa Suite
 | Beautiful and spacious beachfront master bedroom suite with queen size bed, magnificent ocean views and sliding glass door to a covered beach front patio. Large fully equipped kitchen with open dining and living areas also with a double size sofa couch, spectacular ocean views, and sliding glass door to a beautiful 30 foot beachfront palapa and patio. This unit also has a small sleeping alcove in the master bedroom with a double sized futon couch. |
Surf Suite
 | Charming two bedroom suite with one queen size bed and two double sized beds. Fully equipped kitchen and ample living and dinning areas with great ocean view, and shaded palo de arco covered patio. |
Osprey Nest
 | This is a spectacular second story one bedroom suite with expansive wrap around tiled terrace, palo de arco shade structure and spectacular views from San Pedrito to South Pescadero. Stairs lead up to the top viewing deck with its 360 degree ocean/mountain views. Fully equipped open kitchen and spacious living/dining area with more forever ocean views. Beautiful Mexican tiled bathroom. Bedroom has queen size bed, with lovely mountain and ocean views and separate doorway to terrace. |
La Casita
 | Newly constructed. spacious private studio, La Casita has full kitchen, bath, king size bed and dining area. Mexican tiled stairs lead to rooftop sunbathing, whale watching or sunset viewing. There is a palo de arco media sombra shade structure on the roof. Beautiful Mexican tiled bathroom and Brazilian marble kitchen counters add nice touches to this new unit. |
Sofa couches and futons available for extra guests. Sleeping arrangements and number of beds can be discussed with our manager, Giovanni. We will be as flexible as we can be to accommodate your family or group.

There is a three day minimum reservation during low and high season and one week during holiday season (December 15th to January 10th.)
Low Season: May 1st - Oct 14th
High Season: Oct 15th - April 31st
Rates include all taxes and fees based on double occupancy. An extra person fee of $15/night will be charged for reservations of more than 2 guests per suite.
All suites are nonsmoking (outside smoking is fine).
